ABOUT ME
I started my degree in 3D design crafts (ceramics, glass and metals) at the Plymouth College Of Art (now known as Arts University Plymouth) in 2018 still not knowing what would come of it until we were introduced to pottery in a throwing tutorial held by Dan Chapman.
I instantly ‘got it’ and the passion just grew and grew from there. In 2019 I was offered a position as an unpaid clay technician at the Chelston workshop, in Torquay. With the opportunity to make, with all the clay and firing cost-free. I made a lot! and learned a lot through experiments and mistakes. After just a few months I was offered a position to teach there. This is where my passion for teaching grew, and where I met a lot of my core students.
And it was these students that motivated me to pursue my own studio when I left that workshop in April 2022.
I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live with light.
